ProMusica Arizona is pleased to announce our 2016-17 season. Concerts will feature music from the movies by major composers with narration to set the scene for each piece; Christmas lessons and carols with stunning arrangements of holiday favorites and an audience sing-along; music depicting the progression from sunset, night, and awakening with time-lapse photography taking the audience through a moonlight journey; and the reprise of an award-winning ProMusica Arizona show engaging the audience through cell phone voting to guide the performance.

Following our regular concert season, PMAZ members will travel to New York City to perform at legendary Carnegie Hall with an exclusive list of invitees from around the country. PMAZ will join other singers for rehearsals and a performance of Dr. Tim Sharp's Come Away to the Skies: A High, Lonesome Mass and Tim Powell's Dear Appalachia with bluegrass accompaniment. PMAZ performed the western premier of Dear Appalachia as part of the Sea to Shining Sea: Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the National Parks concert in April 2016.
