Combine the energy and excitement of a rock concert, the power and emotion of an orchestra, and the technology, interactivity and stunning visuals that video games provide, and you have Video Games Live™.  Click here for a 30 second preview of this award-winning concert event coming to the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Phoenix on March 8 and 9. The concert will feature top video game industry talent and the ProMusica Arizona Chorale and Orchestra.

Produced by the video game industry to encourage and support the culture and art that video games have become, Video Games Live™ bridges a gap for entertainment by exposing new generations of music lovers and fans to the symphonic orchestral experience while also providing a completely new and unique experience for families and non-gamers.

Created and hosted by world-renowned game industry star Tommy Tallarico, the concert features music from the most popular video games of all time and includes ProMusica Arizona’s Chorale and Orchestra performing with synchronized video footage and music arrangements, state-of-the-art lighting, electronic percussion, live action, and unique on-stage audience interactive segments to create an explosive one-of-a-kind entertainment experience. Video Games Live™ appeals to gamers and non-gamers alike and bridges the generation gap between those who have been raised with video gaming as a mainstay of entertainment and those who have never ventured into that medium. In addition to the music and the production, pre- and post-show activities include a costume contest, prize give-aways, interactive game demos and a meet-and-greet with top game industry talent.

ProMusica Arizona will present Video Games Live™  at the Orpheum Theatre, 203 W. Adams in Phoenix on March 8, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. and on March 9 at 3 p.m. Pre-show activities begin two hours before the performance starts.
